What we collect

This site collects the information you choose to send us through the contact forms: your name, your email address, the enquiry type you select, and whatever you write in the message. If you include links to your music, we follow them.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Analytics

We collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data to understand which pages are read and which are not. This does not include personal information and is not linked to individuals.

Why we hold it

Enquiries are held so we can respond to them and, where relevant, keep a record of what was discussed. Demo submissions are held for as long as they are under consideration and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Who sees it

Enquiries reach the relevant desk within the company — demos to A&R, licensing to the rights team, press to the label. We do not pass submissions to third parties without your agreement.

Service providers who host this site and deliver our email see data only in the course of providing those services.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will action it.
