Content and rights

Recordings, compositions, artwork, text and design on this site are owned or administered by the company or its artists. Nothing here grants a licence to use any of it.

Licensing requests go through the licensing desk on the contact page. A licence exists when it is issued in writing and not before.

Submissions

Material you send us through the demo form remains yours. Sending it does not transfer any rights and does not create an agreement between us.

We receive a lot of music, some of which resembles other music. If we release something that sounds like something you sent, that is not evidence that it came from you, and sending us material does not create a claim over work we develop independently.

Links out

We link to streaming services, stores and other sites we do not control. What happens there is governed by their terms, not ours.

Accuracy

Catalogue information, release dates and credits are published in good faith and kept current. Where a detail here conflicts with an executed agreement, the agreement governs.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from its use beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
